I was born in Pennsylvania and lived there until I was two years old, but I really grew up in the mountains Greenbrier County, West Virginia, a place I still call home. My parents moved there when I was two, and I lived there until I was nineteen and moved away to go to Guilford College, in Greensboro, NC. After college, I moved to Asheville, where I have been ever since.
Now I'm still living in Asheville and up until recently, worked for the school system as a counselor.

I am currenlty a full time stay at home dad. April has gone back to work, and I have retired. It's great! I love spending the days at home with Nathaniel.
